This is the time of the year when many different viruses and bacteria are circulating throughout our communities.  You can reduce your chances of getting ill by:

  1. making sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
  2. eating a healthy diet and exercising.
  3. washing your hands before eating.
  4. keeping your hands away from your eyes, nose, and mouth.

You can reduce the chances of others around you getting ill by:

  1. covering your coughs and sneezes.
  2. washing your hands if you use them to cough or sneeze into.
  3. staying home when you have fever (100 degrees or higher), vomiting, diarrhea, and/or an uncontrollable cough.
  4. not sharing your food or drink.

I am in the building Monday – Friday 8:30 – 3:30.  Please call me or email me at plubash@norridge80.org with any questions or concerns throughout the school year.
