This is the time of the year when
many different viruses and bacteria are circulating throughout our
communities. You can reduce your chances
of getting ill by:
- making
sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
- eating
a healthy diet and exercising.
- washing
your hands before eating.
- keeping
your hands away from your eyes, nose, and mouth.
You can reduce the chances of
others around you getting ill by:
- covering
your coughs and sneezes.
- washing
your hands if you use them to cough or sneeze into.
- staying
home when you have fever (100 degrees or higher), vomiting, diarrhea,
and/or an uncontrollable cough.
- not
sharing your food or drink.
I am in the building Monday –
Friday 8:30 – 3:30. Please call me or
