We are all back into the swing of the school routine.

The State of Illinois requires that all kindergarten and sixth grade students need a physical to enter school. It also requires all kg., 2^nd, and 6^th grade students to have a dental exam. Please submit these as soon as possible. Children will be excluded from school if the physicals are not completed by Oct. 15.

All Jr. high students that want to play extra-curricular sports need a new physical every year. They need it on file at school before they can try-out.

If your child needs to take medicine at school, we need a written order from your Dr. and the original prescription bottle with dosage written on it. If your child needs to have an inhaler, we will need the Dr. to write the order and the parents must sign the permission slip for the child to carry the inhaler. All forms are in my office.

I am here at school from 8:30 to 3:30. We can work together to keep the children healthy and safe. If you have any questions, please call me.
