In Advanced Tech students will have the opportunity to explore their own interests. Students can create a variety of projects including web pages, videos, and animations. Before students begin a project they must complete and present a Project Proposal worksheet. After the proposal has been agreed upon, the student may begin.
Students are responsible for choosing their project and creating a timeline for completion. It is the students responsibility to stay on task and complete their project by the agreed upon due date. The grade for a project will be determined through the use of a rubric. Since each student will be working on a different project, the number completed will vary based on the difficulty of the project chosen. As such, a student's quarter grade will be determined by the number of points they earn per project.
