What is TITLE I ?

The TITLE I Program is an Illinois State funded grant

that provides financial assistance to Local Education Agencies to meet the educational needs of children. This assistance is designed to improve the educational opportunities of children and help them succeed in the regular school program, attain grade-level proficiency, and improve achievement in basic and more advanced skills.
